Biography
MURPHY, James (Jim). Returned Serviceman No. 006608742, 2nd WW. On 10th July 2018, peacefully, at Beetham Healthcare, Gisborne. Dearly loved husband of the late Genevieve (Viv). Much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Peter and Lynn, Pauline and Gus McCabe, Allan (dec), Ron (dec) and Jo, Carolyn and Dave Mullooly. Loved grand- father and great-grand- father of his grand- children. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Campion Road, at 1.30pm on Friday 13th July, followed by interment at Taruheru Lawn Cemetery. Special thanks and appreciation to staff at Beetham Healthcare.
