Chert stone. Orange-brown colouration. Rough description of shape: 2 lateral sides, an obverse and reverse side, a curved plane at the poll and an angled plane at the blade on one side. Some red areas on the obverse and reverse sides which appears to be paint. The whole piece would have been polished but there are chipped areas down the third of one side, on one corner of the poll end, on one lateral side, on both corners of the blade and along the remaining blade edge. The part of the poll end that is not chipped has been polished but is slightly rough. There is some grime in the chipped areas.
