Description
Dark green greenstone toki. Roughly trapezoid shaped. The piece has a polished surface. The blade and poll edges are both angled. The piece tapers out from the poll end to the blade end. The blade end does not have rounded corners. There is sellotape adhesive remnant on one side, it used to have the accession number written on it. There are chips on the poll end, down approximately half of one lateral sides edge and a smaller chipped area on the opposite edge (approximately 10mm long). There is some cream foreign matter on the same edge. There is light chipping on the blade. There are natural flaws on one corner of the blade which are lighter in colour.
