Description
Flax belt, tatua. Worn by men. Black and white flax strips woven and tied with cord. The belt is made of a doubled over woven rectangle bound at the ends and thus was used as a pocket/ holder. The belt is natural and dark brown in colouration. It has two plaited strands protruding from each end.
