Maihi/Barge board. Arawa carving. Roughly rectangular. Two figures (one at top, one underneath) both manaia. Manaia head in profile as the foot of both figures. Top figure has eye inlay intact, other faces missing paua inlays. Both figures have three fingers but no thumbs, plain fingers. The figures are carved in a notched zig-zag pattern similar to the niho taniwha style.
