During Cyclone Gabrielle and its aftermath, Tairāwhiti was plunged back to a time when radio was the only form of communication available. More FM was the only communication source available and was utilised by the community to get their messages out there. People scraweld their message on whatever scrap of paper they had available and slipped them under the door of More FM for Bevan Chapmam to read on air. Those notes are compiled in this collection.
