Untitled Watercolour painting of Wyllie Cottage by Lillias Spencer. The painting is affixed to cardboard which has been painted a dark rose colour, and hand drawn on the coloured card is a border in blue ink. On the reverse is a second image, possibly a print, etching, drawing or book plate, of flowers including a pink rose and rose buds, a Nasturtium, and dense blue flower, surrounded by foliage. In the bottom right hand corner is H.E.P. 1820. The image of flowers is very faded.
