This is 235 Remuera Road, on the corner of Market Rd and Remuera Rds, Auckland. Built for James Robertson, to a design by William Alfred Holman, dated September 28, 1908. The original drawing for this house is preserved at the Architecture Archive, The University of Auckland, Reference No. 2129
