Adorned with a matching white ribbon and large bow positioned on the left hand side of the front brim. Lined with white textile and fastened with a white (discoloured) elastic chin strap. A manufacturer's label is applied to the interior "GILLIAN M[obscured by accession number] / Made in New Zealand".
