Pou pou: Carving painted a red-brown colour. The carving depicts a figure at the top with a head between the legs. It has two paua eyes intact, it probably had an inlay between the eyes but this is missing. Both hands are on the chest. The piece has a deep crack running down the entire piece, approximately down the centre.
