Opaque white glass screwtop jar with metal lid. Printed in yellow, red and blue on the top of the lid is: "MARMITE / VEGETABLE EXTRACT / TOO / MUCH / SPOILS / THE / FLAVOUR / A SANITARIUM HEALTH FOOD". Inside the lid is a cardboard seal. There is black crumbly residue in the bottom of the jar. Impressed into the bottom of the jar in raised lettering is: "PROPERTY OF / [AGM monogram] / 16X / MARMITE COMPANY".
